VISITOR WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM

Acknowledgment of Risk I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that visiting the farm and interacting with animals involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the possibility of injury to myself, my companions, or the animals. I am aware that animals can behave unpredictably, even when handled with care.

Release of Liability I hereby release, waive, and discharge Our Fam By The Creek, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in farm activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or harm to animals. This release is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, and assigns.

Code of Conduct I agree to follow all rules and guidelines provided by Our Farm By The Creek regarding interaction with animals and farm property. I understand that failure to adhere to these rules may result in my removal from the premises.

Responsibility for Minors If I am accompanied by minors, I agree to supervise them at all times and assume responsibility for their safety and conduct.

Acknowledgment of Agreement By signing this document, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above.

Photographic Release I grant Our Farm By The Creek permission to take photographs or videos of me and my companions during our visit for promotional or educational purposes. You can opt out by checking the box on the left.
